274327515 2014-01-14 I inspected this well on 1/14/2014. A cancellation of insurance notice was received for this well and Cynthia Marshall requested an inspection to determine whether the well was producing. Upon my inspection I found that the well did exist along with the associated equipment to produced the well. The wellhead consisted of 4.5 casing with 1.5 tubing operated as a Plunger lift well. I did not locate any leaks regarding the wellhead and associated plumbing and fittings. The tank battery consisted of a 100 Bbl. Stock tank, 25 Bbl. Brine tank, a 2408 separator with a gas measurement station. All equipment appeared to be leak free. The I. D. on the tank battery indentified G & O Resources as Operator. I spoke with Bill Hlavin ( consultant to G & O Resouces ) who stated that G & O was reviewing this and other wells to place back into production. The last production listed for this well was in 2010. I asked Mr. Hlavin to determine whether to placed back into production or plug within 30 days.
-984523797 2004-09-20 CASE 04-027 The Uniontown office received a complaint from Sue Sidelinker at 2919 Vanderhoof Road about a possible idle well and a gas leak. The wells in question are operated by G&O Resources. I spoke with John Stropoli with G&O and was told that they do have a salesline leak that needs to be repaired before their wells can be turned back into line. They have been in contact with W. Pol Contracting who will do the work as soon as possible. If the work is completed in a timely manor, no NOV will be issued.
