Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-1048542058 2009-03-17 Inspection this day found well producing with jack, still can't pass for PRD. Land needs seeded, mulch, smoothed, equipment/pipe still around. Told him to get this taken care of while drilling this next well.
-1468152347 2006-01-10 This day, 10 casing has been run and set on bedrock. Permit says it must be mudded in but Larrey planning on pulling it, is going to mud/fire clay in the 8 and produce thru it open-hole. Called Steve Opritza to see if this is permitable and he said they could complete/produce well this way, so are not mudding in 10 at this time. No fresh water encountered when drilled, according to driller. 10 ran to 311', drilling 10 hole and will run 8.
-2049178040 2006-02-03 Have drilled down to 1018' and ran 8 production/surface casing. 10.5 casing pulled and bennonite clay pellets are being put down to seal casing off. Put done on 2 separate days. Still needs a few more sacks to bring it to top but stuff really swells up so not sure how much was needed until did it.
-383499986 2006-04-11 Drilling is completed and well is now producing thru the surface casing.
