-1313170059 2014-05-13 I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well was in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. The proper identification sign was posted. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart inside the separator. Locked, chain link fences surrounded the production equipment and well. The lease road was in stable condition with a locked gate at the entrance. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
