Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
103933506 2014-10-07 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead and tank battery are located on an remote, former industrial parcel on the east side of the Grand River. The surrounding area is mostly overgrown with wild vegetation. The well is producing and the production records are current. The wellhead has been rendered inaccessible for inspection due to extensive overgrowth of vegetation. The tank battery system shows signs of wear and age but is intact and free from leaking or sings of spills or other problems. The well must be made accessible for inspection within 30 days.
-1683580929 2012-11-27 The unit consists of a plunger-lift unit, which is lacking unit ID. The wellhead fence enclosure is partially broken down. The unit shares the tank battery with the #1089 unit. The TB consists of 2 210-bbl production tanks, two mechanical separators, and one 5- bbl brine tank, enclosed in a 6-foot fence. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The fence is in disrepair. One of the 210 bbl production tanks is severely rusted at the bottom. The tank battery dike is adequate. Unit ID is good. The TB gate needs locked. I called Cindy Moore of Allied Oil Field Serv., regarding the need for a gate lock, locks on the load-outs, fence repair, and replacement of the 210-bbl tank.. Cindy indicated that repairs would begin as soon as possible.
17031983 2009-11-06 There were no violations at the time of inspection.
211930069 2013-08-29 The producing unit consists of a production wellhead with plunger lift and aboveground storage tank battery. The battery includes two steel 210-barrel production tanks and50-barrel brine tank, and separator. The battery and wellhead are enclosed in chain-link fences which are missing large sections. The wellhead is completely overgrown with weeds. One of the production tanks which was noted to be leaking previously has been taken offline. The pumping unit is missing ID. I did not observe any problems or signs of spills or leakage. I contacted Allied about the need for ID.
