| 1784415400 | 2014-09-21 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that there was no access road to the well and access was gained off of Putney Ridge Road. The well was equipped with 7 inch casing, 2 inch tubing and 1 inch tubing going to a new 1 inch plastic flowline with the valve in the open position, a 2 inch flowline also present and was disconnected at the wellhead. The 1 inch flowline went back to Putney Ridge Road and tied into a 4 inch salesline. Domestic gas was not hooked up at the time of inspection. No production equipment was present, photographs were taken, identification was present and production records were current. |
