The Uniontown office received a complaint call on 8-4-2008 from Lee Benning (330-821-9379) regarding an idle well located on his property at 3819 Anderson Ave. NE, Minerva, OH 44657. I inspected the site on 8-5-2008. The well is idle and there is no I.D. sign on the tank battery. The electric line to the pumping unit is sagging from the poles. The power supply to the pumping unit has been shut off at the house. I called Brian Levengood (330-323-2021) and discussed the well. Sound Energy will plug the well. I called Lee Benning and informed him of my findings. Phone Call

1201173032 2014-03-10 My inspection was to follow up to NOV #1218027319 issued 8/6/2008 by Inspector Clause. See Complaint Number 08-006. I inspected the site and the well is idle and there is no I.D. sign on the tank battery. The electric line to the pumping unit is sagging from the poles. The power supply to the pumping unit has been shut off at the house. I called Bruce Levengood (330-323-2021) and discussed the well. Bruce stated that he is going to contact the landowner to see if the landowner wanted to keep the well because the landowner is currently using house gas off the well. I informed Bruce that I will be following up with him on this well in a month to check the status. by 6/1/14 the well should be transferred or plugged.

-1386756819 2015-01-26 I contacted Bruce Levengood regarding the status of either transferring this well to the landowner or getting the well plugged. He stated that he is going to contact the landman responsible for working with the landowner. I gave him a month to have the paperwork submitted if the landowner is to buy the well, if not then the well must be plugged.
-1542624804 2014-04-01 Bruce Levengood of Sound Energy called to inform me that Brian Grose is currently meeting with the landowner to work with the landowner in the decision of whether or not to buy the well. If the landowner does not want to buy the well then Sound Energy will move forward in plugging the well.
750285020 2012-12-19 I inspected the Main EF 1 (34151226950000) site on December 19, 2012. My inspection was a follow up to the Notice of Violation (NOV) issued on August 5, 2008. I found the same conditions noted on the previous inspection. The well is idle and there is no ID sign on the tank battery. The electric line supplying power to the pumping unit is sagging from the poles. The power supply to the pumping unit has been shut off at the house. I called Brian Levengood and discussed the condition of the well and that he needs to apply for a plugging permit. Mr. Levengood stated he would complete the application for a plugging permit and will plug the well in the spring of 2013.
