The 2100 gallon poly tank the producer swabs into has a crack along the bottom and has released a small amount of contamination on the ground. An area roughly 6 feet from the tank has been contaminated. All producing leases shall be legibly identified in a conspicuous place on or near the well-head or the storage tank as to owner, lease name, well number, permit number where available, county, and an emergency telephone number. All contaminated materials, soils, and vegetation shall be removed and vegetative cover shall be re established. The cracked tank shall be repaired or replaced. |
