1382628429 2013-10-24 The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 140-barrel steel production tank and 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit. The wellhead and battery are both in separate chain-link enclosures. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment are good. Spark arrestor, carbon filter, and low-pressure relief valve are present. No problems noted.
1400095327 2014-05-14 This producing unit was completed in 2007 and has annual production records since that time. At the time of my inspection the producing unit is comprised of a wellhead with valve assembly and mechanical plunger lift system. The well is currently being produced from the 2-inch production tubing. I did not observe any signs of leakage, spills or problems. The wellhead is enclosed in a chain-link fence which is locked. There is a ID placard. The aboveground storage Tank (AST) battery is located along the same access road. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. The battery is enclosed in a chain-link fence which is locked. Secondary containment is present and the interior area is free of staining or liquids. The load-out is bull-plugged and locked. Process safety gear is present. The area around the wellhead and battery is level, and graded. The drilling pits are filled. The wellhead and battery are located in the rear portion of an industrial facility. This portion of the property is used, in part, for material storage and piles of gravel and asphaltic debris. There is scant natural vegetation. Natural surface water runoff appears to be mostly ground infiltration, but some runoff is to the south towards storm water infrastructure. I did not observe any erosional problems associated with the producing unit. The ingress and egress for the wellhead and battery are shared with the industrial facility so additional erosion control management is not warranted. Preliminary restoration is complete.
