1426069148 2015-02-25 I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a mechanical separator. An identification sign was posted at the tank battery. There was a dike around the tank battery. A plug was installed on the load line. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.

My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit (rabbit) surrounded by a chain link fence, all in good condition. The tank battery contained one 100 oil/brine storage tank, with the proper identification posted, and a separator surrounded by a chain link fence. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition, there are no violations at this time.
