-1019607669 2014-10-15 On the day of my inspection I found that Gene Matheny ripped the 4.5 casing at 2300'. They pulled 20 joints and washed another 6.5 tons of clay down the casing for a total of 10 tons in the bottom plug. Then they pulled the rest of the 4.5 casing and set a pre-cast cement plug at 1060'.
1413308053 2014-10-14 On the day of my inspection I found that Gene Matheny had pulled the rods and tubing from the well. He washed 2.5 tons of clay down the 4.5 casing to start the bottom plug.
1413485386 2014-10-16 On the day of my inspection Gene Matheny made an attempt to pull the 8.625 casing. He pulled 80000 lbs. and couldn't budge the casing. They ripped the casing at 230' and pulled it from the well.
1413828624 2014-10-17 On the day of my inspection Gene Matheny washed 11 tons of clay down the well filling it to surface. The clay was sitting firmly at the top of the casing.
