1231360436 2014-12-05 An inspection of the well found no violations at the time.
1292263806 2010-12-05 Union Drilling Rig 24 spudded the well with a 20 bit and drilled to 130' with freshwater mud. While running the 16 conductor casing, the casing set down at 90'. Repeated attempts failed and the company decided to lay the casing down and run the bit back in to clean the hole.
1292332276 2010-12-08 Union is drilling the surface hole with fresh water mud. No violations at this time.
1293078968 2010-12-13 Union Drilling Rig 24 is down for repairs to the mud pump. Should be back to drilling later tonight. No violations at this time.
-1293906824 2010-12-27 Union Drilling Rig 24 is going back in the hole to drill the horizontal component of the well to connect to Akron 76. No violations at this time.
-1355393241 2010-12-06 Union ran the 20 bit back in the well in order to remove the obstruction at 90'. The rig then ran the 16 casing back in the well and hit the obstruction again. This time, Union will ream the hole with a 26 bit.
1424943909 2011-03-02 Cargill is installing the pipelines to operate the last two well drilled. Restoration work has not yet started.
1625508624 2011-01-20 On site to witness the cement bond log. The logging company was Superior Well Services. Logs were run on both this well and on City of Akron #76, permit number 3120. Both logs indicated good bond between the formation and the 7 production casing through the top of the Big Lime with variable quality across the shale section. The logs on both wells were run at atmospheric pressure.

415182573 2011-10-24 Preliminary Restoration is approved.
-974912759 2010-12-20 Completed the mechanical integrity test on the 7 casing that was cemented in place on 12/18. The initial test pressure was 590 psi. After five minutes the pressure was 585 psi. After ten minutes the pressure was 585 psi and after 15 minutes the pressure was 582 psi for a total loss of eight psi over 15 mintes. The allowable loss was 30 psi meaning the MIT passed.
