-949827693 2012-10-25 Inspected the Loren #1 (#4189) as part of a standard productive well status check. The well currently has no pump jack but sits with the rods installed, production has been reported in the past years. The storage has been recently painted and consists of one gray tank (#137892) set in a gravel lined dike. The well identification and emergency contact information is clearly mark on the storage. A horizontal gray separator sits south of the well. Status OK.
-989003539 2012-12-10 Follow-up to previous inspection. According to MFC the well is slated for re-completion/work over.
