887504699 2012-07-10 I conducted an inspection on the preliminary restoration of this site and found that the soil had been graded out and good vegetative cover was established. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit and connected to a tank battery that consisted of one 210 bbl stock tank, one 100 bbl brine storage tank, a separator and an earthen dike. This tank battery is shared with permit 7136. There were no leaks or spills around the tank battery. There was an audible gas leak from a ball valve coming off of the 4-1/2 well head, and there was no identification posted. This site does not pass restoration at this time. I called Denny Dugan of Valley Petroleum to request that ID be posted and the leak stopped. I will re-inspect.
