Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1362406730 2013-03-04 FOLLOW UP TO CA # -2058958842: On the day of my inspection I found that the electric was hooked up at the pumping unit. The polish rod showed signs of recent use. The valves were open and the tubing gauge showed approximately 70 pounds. The pumping unit was free of vegetation, there were no spills or leaks, and there was no gas venting form the surface casing. There were no leaks or spills at the tank battery and proper identification was posted. This violation is resolved.
-1528134231 2012-09-14 On the day of my inspection I found that all the vegetation had been cleared from the pumping unit. All the lines were hooked up and the valves were open. There was a dike around the tank battery, the cracked brine tank was replaced with a new one, and there was proper identification posted at the well and tank battery. I called Guy Dugan to ask about the status of this well. He claimed that there was an issue with the electric and that they would be hooking it up on 9/15/12 and start pumping the well.
-1970370939 2012-08-27 On the day of my inspection I found that the pumping unit at the well head was still heavily overgrown with vegetation and incapable of operation. There was a new 30 barrel poly brine storage tank and a newly constructed dike around the tank battery. No identification was posted. This well is still idle and is not yet within compliance.
-2058958842 2012-08-03 I received a call from John Baird (216-440-3595) requesting an inspection of an alleged idle well on his property. On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit that was heavily overgrown with vegetation and there were no belts on the motor to operate the gearbox. There was an open port on the 8 casing head that was venting gas into the atmosphere. All valves from the well head were closed. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank, one separator and a 30 barrel poly brine storage tank. The brine tank was cracked near the draw valve and was sitting on an incline so as to allow fluids to escape through the crack. The soil at the base of the brine tank under the crack was stained and had a sheen. There was no dike around the production equipment and there was no identification at the well head or tank battery. This well shares a tank battery with permit 2911.
