1297341434 | 2014-10-07 | Upon inspection, it was observed that the well location is still in need of stabilization. A new tank battery consisting of two 100 bbl production tanks has been installed on the hill above the well. I spoke with James Williams of Gas Enterprise Co. and he stated that the separator, drip, and meter would be moved up to the new tank battery location and the entire well location would be seeded and mulched to fit preliminary restoration requirements. I will go back to this location in dry conditions and take current GPS readings for the well head, tanks, and entry point.
1431519972 | 2015-05-12 | Upon inspection, it was observed that this well location is still noncompliant. The frac tanks have been removed and the location has been re-graded. The entire well location is still void of vegetation. I spoke recently with Mr. Jim Williams of Gas Enterprise Co. and he stated that he would be seeding and mulching the location this spring. I will contact Mr. Williams again and inquire about when he plans on having the location restored.
-1439028328 | 2014-08-22 | Upon inspection, it was observed that the preliminary restoration for this well location is not complete. A large portion of the location is void of vegetation and is allowing sediment to runoff into the valley below. Due to heavy rain, I was able to observe soil being eroded away by overland flow. The lease road has been re-graded recently and there is a bulldozer on location. The area around the well itself needs to be re-graded and seeded/mulched to encourage stabilization of the soil before the growing season is over. I will contact Mr. Jim Williams of Gas Enterprise Co. and notify him of this situation. Gas Enterprise Co. will have until 9/19/2014 to complete the preliminary restoration.
1679054973 | 2014-10-07 | Mr. James Williams of Gas Enterprise Co. called on 10/7/2014 inquiring about what needed done to this location to fit preliminary restoration requirements. I explained that all drilling/frac equipment needed to be removed from the location, the lease road must be maintained, and all disturbed soil must be regraded and stabilized with a vegetative cover. Mr. Williams agreed to work toward meeting the preliminary restoration requirements as soon as possible.
913202341 | 2012-07-24 | I was called out 7/19 for surface casing job but found rig still drilling. When hole cleaned up, surface casing was run but found tally incorrect and only had 1365' instead of 1550'. This well took a lot of water to circulate, having to fill empty hole drilled too deep. 7/20 -Cement circulated just as water ran out - fell back slightly when shut in. Operator, Jim Williams added/topped off outside of casing with 12 sacks dry cement. Rig called this day to say broke down, going for parts and will be back drilling 7/25. |
