-482487536 2013-10-23 The producing unit consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel production tanks, and 2 separator units. The battery is shared with the #1262 unit. There are no enclosures. The load-outs are bull-plugged. The wellhead is not identified. The tank battery ID only identifies the #1262 unit. No other problems noted. I will contact Great Plains about the ID placard.
512929610 2015-04-22 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located within the confines of the Little Mountain Country Club golf facility. The well is comprised of a mechanical plunger-lift system located at the top of the entry drive. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure. The battery is comprised of one 100-barrel steel production tank and one 100-barrel brine tank and separator unit in a diked area but not otherwise enclosed. Fittings and connections are secure. The secondary containment is intact and dry. Load-outs are secure. The areas surrounding the well and battery consist mainly of paved portions of the maintenance shop and associated driveway, parking, and equipment storage yard. I did not observe any signs of impact or drainage problems.
