1363353707 2013-03-15 FOLLOW UP TO CA # 261571834: On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was identified and the contaminated soil was cleaned up. This violation is resolved.
1467440176 2007-10-30 Pumping well in production . 1-100 bl. Storage tank . Brine tank leaking at bottom around tank connection .
261571834 2013-02-13 On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel stock tank, one 200 gallon poly brine tank, one separator and an earthen dike. This well shares a tank battery with permit 3525. Proper identification was posted on the stock tank, but there was no identification posted at the well head. There was an 8' x 4' area of contaminated soil under the brine tank draw valve. I met with Mark Fluharty in the field and discussed the actions needed to bring the well into compliance. Identification must be posted at the well heads when two or more wells share a tank battery, and all contaminated soil must be removed from inside the dike.
510316418 2007-11-13 Tank repaired , no leaks this inspection .
754463255 2005-05-20 Well in production .
776366350 2003-12-10 Well in production . Well just serviced .
