Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1051598087 2008-02-29 Inspection revealed that more of the oil has collected at the siphon dam and booms ( no amount of accumulation ; just a heavy sheen is collecting at the siphon dam and booms. I will return to the site next week to check on compliance.
-1095478070 2008-03-05 Inspection revealed that Leon Troyer and Matt ( pumpers for Alliance Petroleum) were working on the clean-up. They started at the leak site and worked their way all the way to the booms at the culvert , moving the oil ahead of them. They placed extra absorbent pads at the booms to collect any oil gathering there. I noticed very little oil sheen coming down the creek after they worked the creek moving the debris and leaves . I will return next week to see if clean-up has been completed.
1247830915 2008-03-11 Follow-up inspection revealed that the oilspill has been successfully cleaned up at this time. I walked the small creek from the point of the release to the booms and couldn't find any crude oil or oil sheen in the creek. The operator can remove the booms and pads at this time. RESOLVED.
-1388066082 2008-02-21 On site because Steve Nicholson ( Alliance Petroleum ) called in a flowline leak . The leak was approximately 2 bbls and it released into the small creek flowing toward Atwood Lake. The Division (Dis. Sup.Cheslock) was notified on 02/19/2008 and the complaint was referred to me today. The company has installed a siphon dam , placed booms across the small creek , and placed pads in areas where the oil has pooled. The majority of the oil has been cleaned up at this time. There are still a few small pockets of oil up stream of the siphon dam and booms. I will return to the site tomorrow and see if the oil is still moving toward the siphon dam and booms. No NOV has been issued since the company reported the spill and started immediate clean-up procedures.
357182417 2011-11-08 Last reported production was in 2009. No violations noted at this time.
-945650035 2008-03-04 Complaint follow-up revealed that last nights storm event washed out the siphon dam and the booms up stream of the siphon dam. The boom at the culvert going under the lease road was still intact . I contacted Steve Nicholson about the situation and he advised that he was sending a crew out ASAP to put more booms and absorbent pads in the creek to prevent any crude oil from getting into Atwood Lake. I will return to the site tomorrw and check on clean-up.
