-1115490486 2012-10-01 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well located between 2305 and 2295 Whispering Meadows surrounded by tall pine trees and equipped with a plunger lift unit that was in good condition. The tank battery surrounded by tall pine trees and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. All of the production equipment had the proper spacing. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.
477278291 2014-12-02 I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank and a separator. Pine trees surrounded the well and tank battery. A dike surrounded the tank battery. Identification signs were posted. A bull plug was installed on the load line. The lease road in stable condition.. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
