During the inspection, it was noted that 5.5 casing, rods and tubing have not been removed from the property. Plastic and steel flowline were also observed above ground at locations near the well site. The complainant states that they own the 100 bbl tank located directly across the road from the well site. Further stating that the tank had been acquired from Bell Drilling many years ago. Jeanie Enterprises has removed a second 100 bbl tank from this location.
