I let him know that I left Mark Schmeltzer a message a week ago about it. He said he would get someone on it right away. Field Visit or Inspection
-1073230507 2013-10-09 I was unable to do the final restoration on this well. There is still 3-100 barrel tanks on location and a pumping unit. I called Mark Schmeltzer and left him a message. I told him this stuff needs to be removed for me to do the final restoration.
-1117747345 2013-05-03 Appalachian well service is on site, they ran a bond log to determine the area of free pipe. The bond log showed the 4.5 casing to be free at 2450'. The casing was shot off at this depth. No other work was performed this day.
-1171908909 2013-05-15 I checked to make sure the clay was still at the top of the hole. It has been open for a week. The clay has not dropped. I contacted Danny Baker to let him no that they could cut it off and put a plate on it.
-1321274789 2013-08-26 I went out to do final restoration on this well, I ended up finding a pumping unit, 3-100 barrel tanks and some plastic. I contacted Danny Baker to remind him this still needed to be done so I can write this well off. He will address the issue.
1368126824 2013-05-06 The 4 was shot off at 2460'. They pulled out 500' of 4 then washed in 500' of clay. They then pulled out another row of 4 and shut down for the day. The trailer had to be switched out.
