238163015 2012-06-22 Inspected the D. Murphy #1 (#2537) as part of a standard production well status check. No production has been reported since 2002. There is no well or tank battery where the well is spotting. Which is presently in a corn field off of county road 69. There is no plug report filed with the state. Will follow up with Fishburn and the local farmer.
645979755 2012-11-02 Inspected the D Murphy #1 (#2537) as part of a standard productive well status check. Note: previous inspection revealed this well is spotting wrong in RBDMS, have located the well as crops are now harvested, new coordinates taken. No production has been reported to the State of Ohio since 2002. A pump jack is on the well but is missing the motor. The well needs to be plugged, placed back into production or placed into temporary inactive status. Will follow-up with Fishburn consultant Sam Foust.
