1279202732 2010-07-15 A follow-up inspection revealed compliance.
-2018461896 2010-04-07 An inspection was conducted with Mr. Robert Stonerock, Oil & Gas South Region Supervisor. During the inspection, it was noted that the well site and lease road will need to be graded. A drum containing pollution and contaminatin was full and has spilled onto ground surface. No observed identification at the well. Notified pumper, Mr. Ray St Clair, in the field at 3:40 pm of inspection results and requirements.
-567130413 2010-06-01 A follow-up inspection revealed identification displayed at the well. The lease road and pollution and contamination and pollution still require attention.
926077171 2008-10-29 An inspection revealed no violations at this time. Currently, the well is not in production. Valves were observed closed and rods pulled. A Notice of Violation will not be issued, due to new well ownership. A gps reading was obtained from this inspection. The well status, in RBDMS, at time of the inspection shows PA and will need changed to PR.
