1359057993 2013-01-24 I inspected this well and found the well to be producing through the 4.5 in. casing. There was a steel plug in the top of the 4.5 in. casing, but no gauge was installed so the pressure on the casing could not be determined. No leaks were observed on the wellhead or adjacent piping and the area around the wellhead was well maintained. The tank battery contained one 100 bbl. steel oil storage tank and one vertical oil and gas separator unit. I did notice that the separator was currently inoperative and disconnected from any piping. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no leaks were observed on the tank or piping within the battery. The paint condition of the storage tank and separator was poor as there was quite a bit of chipped paint and rust on them. The ladder leading up onto the storage tank was unsecured and had no railing. The dike was in good shape, but there was an excessive amount of brushy weed growth on top of the dike and within the tank battery.
-1884865612 2014-10-27 Inspected production well on 10/27/2014. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the wellhead. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a swedge, T, gauge, and gate valve. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
