Well identification is posted, but the API Number listed on the identification is incorrect. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
2144659855 2015-04-01 Performed annual inspection for Columbia Gas Storage Well #8038 on 04/01/2015. The well is equipped with a wellhead with 1-master valve and 1-wing valve, a drip tank, and 1-10 bbl fiberglass tank located within a fiberglass dike. Well identification is posted, but the API Number listed on it is incorrect. Tyler Small, Columbia Gas Team Leader, was notified of this issue and will have it addressed promptly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
527154426 2013-02-07 I inspected Columbia Gas Transmission storage well #8038 today. The well is located in the Wellington Storage Field, LaGrange Township, Lorain County, Ohio. The well is equipped with a main valve, side valve and has a3.00 line plumbed to the drip tank. There is a 1,00 line from the drip tank to a 10 BBL storage tank. All lids and hatches are closed and secure, The well is identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign mounted to the drip tank. No violations found.
