-395855470 2013-02-19 The wellhead consists of a mechanical lift unit, in a 6' wooden enclosure. The associated tank battery consists of 1 100-barrel (BBL) tank, 1 50 BBL tanks, and a mechanical separator, in a separate, locked enclosure. The spacing is in accordance with the rule. The tank battery dike is adequate. There is a lot of assorted debris being stored inside the tank battery enclsore and the wellhead enclosure. I spoke with the land owner as well as John Vizner about the need to remove the debris. John indicated that he would talk to the land owner about getting it removed.

-444466143 2015-04-15 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located behind the house at the referenced address and accessed via the shared driveway. The well is comprised of a mechanical plunger-lift system in a small board-on-board enclosure which is locked. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit in a separate board-on-board enclosure which is locked. Load-outs are plugged and locked. The interior of the secondary containment is dry. Areas around the wellhead and battery are grassy and wooded with no evidence of impact relating to the on-going production activity. I did not observe any signs of problems or erosional deficits.
