1316136944 2014-08-12 I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 09/23/2008. The unit is producing and production reports are current. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and electric pump jack system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The wellhead and battery are located in a wooded residential area of Kirtland Twp. There is a short (250 ft.) dedicated lease road that accesses both the wellhead and battery from Little Mountain Road. The access road is gravel paved and in good condition. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 100-barrel production tank, 1 100-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-out is bull-plugged. The secondary containment at the battery appears well maintained. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. The ID placard at the battery is not readable. I notified Petro Evaluation about the ID placard deficiency.
-1325201734 2014-11-03 I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead pump jack and battery are located on a short, dedicated access road from Little Mountain Road. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel tanks and a separator, with a domestic meter. Fittings and connections at the battery are free from signs of leakage or problems. The well elements are not enclosed. I observed the ID sign to be significantly faded. I contacted Steve Franks with Petro Evaluation Serv. And advised him about the need for a new sign.
