WCS pulled last 7 joints of tubing and cement stayed to surface. | ||||

1403884112 | 2014-06-27 | Per the request of Legal Section I performed a Final Restoration inspection on plugged well site. I took pictures from start to finish. There is a patch job on the road from the County Highway department due to Big Sky running dozer on chip and seal and pulling equipment out. The road down the hill between the two lanowners has been put back by the landowners. They used old crushed blacktop was used as a compaction material. Big Sky did make ditch for them on the west side down to the fence. The first gate was hit by Big Sky equipment. They never fixed it back to original status. The second gate is where the Property is owned by State of Ohio Division of Wildlife. From that point on the lease road is chopped up and wet. The mud is knee deep. There was orange pipe in the road . Upon well site there was trash and material left. There were items such as a piece of 8.625casing, 2 white plastic flow pipe, 8.625cast plug, wire and metal. There was a tool left from rig and 1orange plastic pipe. The company plugging the well was specifically told to remove all material before leaving the site. The Final Restoration has not passed at this point. Remove all material and install property back per Soil and Water Best Mangement Practices. | ||||
