| 1391014072 | 2014-01-28 | On the day of my inspection I met with the landowners involved in this well. Eclipse was preparing to build a lease road and pad location to drill a well. The landowners were wanting to know if they were within compliance and able to drill the well. I explained to them that Eclipse was within compliance from the State's stance according to ORC 1509 they were permitted to carry on with their operation. We also discussed erosion control. No violations noted. | ||||
