Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
-206047381 2012-12-04 My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was surrounded by a locked chain link fence. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank, and an identification sign. It had the proper dike capable of meeting containment requirements. The separator was outside the tank battery and surrounded by a chain link fence. The lease road was the business driveway. I noticed no visible spills or leaks.
