1402434245	2014-06-10		Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is in production and has been pumped recently. There is legible and correct identification information posted at the location. This satisfies the requirements of the compliance notice.
-1442017984	2006-08-22		Inspection this day was very confusing. I had looked at this well before and decided it was a well drilled in early 1900's and had asked Mike McCormac to give it a permit number. Wells are plotting so far off the location on the 3-D topo map that wasn't sure it was this well but talked to the landowner and he says this well drilled with a spudder before 1980 by oldtimer. Maybe later transferred to Ohio Energy Group? Anyway, well is idle, not producing and has not produced in long time. No ID's, no tank.
1640456704	2014-03-31		Status of well has not changed since the last inspection. It is equipped with a 7 in to 2 in swage a tee and a valve. Valve is closed. Black plastic has been run from this well. I called Mr. Ryan Carper to address this issue.

No change, Northwoods Energy not interested in adopting and producing, they said. 7 casing at surface with 7 x 2 swedge and ball valve shut on top. May have tubing in it? No tank or any other surface equipment. Rumor has it may have come kind of pipe integrity or downhole problem with the well. Ready for civil action
-842744288	2012-08-13		My inspection this day was a stop by CWS to discuss wells needing put in production with Ryan Carper. He says they have worked on this well and have contacted Northwood Energy for a contract to sell gas into their system. I suggested they call again to get this well into production.
