1335775530 | 2005-10-20 | The well was plugged in 1987. A hard copy of the plug report is not available. However, the report can be viewed on microfilm in Columbus. The well was originally uncovered while digging a basement for a new house. The developer decided to deed the property over to the homeowners association for a park. This inspection found concrete visible at the top of the casing and no evidence of leaking. Final restoration is approved. |
