Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1377529177 2013-08-26 My inspection found the well not in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit with all ball valves closed. The tank battery contained a rusty, 210 barrel production tank, a 50 barrel brine tank, and a vertical separator. The dike was slightly weathered and; however, it meets contained requirements. The identification sign on the posted on the production tank. The lease road to the tank battery was in good condition; however, access to the well was completely washed out. According to our database, Enervest has reported zero production from 2010 to 2012. I called Larry Lower of Enervest and left a message to return my call and that a compliance notice would be issued to production, plug, or file for temporary inactive status.
-1749203383 2014-11-20 I was on location for a follow-up inspection. During my inspection, I found that the well was properly transferred from Enervest to Bocor in July 2014. I noticed the well was shut-in with the flow line ball valves closed. An identification sign was no properly posted. The washed out access road leading to the well was repaired. There was a dike a round the production equipment. I called and spoke with the field supervisor for Bocor. The field supervisor stated Bocor just swabbed on the well and shut it in for a month to pressure up. Bocor plans to place the well into production by sometime in December 2014. I instructed Bocor to posted a new identification sign. A follow-up inspection would be conducted by 12/22/2014.
