1512993475 2014-04-17 During this inspection found that the proper identification has been posted and that part of the compliance action is satisfied. The tank valve on the brine tank had been opened and brine drained into the field affection 35 square feet of contamination. I called (LBJ drilling) Jeff Moran the owner of the well and informed him. He came to the well and I explained that he would have to clean up the area lime it and disk it in to regain the soil integrity. I also explained the proper requirements for the spacing of his equipment at the well site. Do to the extent of the work I have extended the remedy date out.
