| -1584437110 | 2014-05-28 | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that production equipment included a 140bbl tank, a 30bbl polymer brine tank, a vertical separator, a 2 inch sales meter with a .75 inch orifice and a chart recorder. The well was capable of production and equipped with 8.625 inch casing, 4.5 inch casing, 1.5 inch tubing and a plunger lift system with valves open on the tubing. 180psi was on the tubing and 200psi on the casing at the time of inspection. Identification was present and production records were current the site passed preliminary restoration according to 1509.072A. | ||||
