At this location 2 plastic would have tied into steel and traveled to (1) 100 bbl with knockout approx 30' away. No connections to knockout. Another 2 line observed at the (2) 100 bbl tank locations (not connected here) and kinked before entering the (1) 100 bbl with knockout. Will talk with management regarding further action. | ||||
