Plugging permits have been received for both McGlaughlin wells (Permit No. 352 & 353). The well status remains unchanged. The well is equipped with a pumping unit with no weights, motor or electric. The belts were observed to be dry rotted. The valve on casing side of well was observed closed and attached section of plasic cut. Bridle and horse set at angle. No well head for surface casing. No identification observed at well or tanks (shared tank battery). The 2 steel line from pumping tee side of well was observed rotted near location containing (1) 100 bbl upright and (1) on side. At this location 2 plastic would have tied into steel and traveled to (1) 100 bbl with knockout approx 30' away. No connections to knockout. Another 2 line observed at the (2) 100 bbl tank locations (not connected here) and kinked before entering the (1) 100 bbl with knockout. Will talk with management regarding further action.
