Inspection findings, there is a small leak on the well head. I was able to hear the leak and feel it around the first hammer union below the rods. I called Dave Hill and left a message on his voice mail that there is a leak at the well and the fitting needs tightened. Site has been seeded and mulched. Vegetation is beginning to become established. Once vegetation is more advanced silt fence can be removed. Tank battery is in good repair. Two 110 BBL tanks and mechanical separator on site. Charcoal filter and lighting arrestors are in place. Lease road is stable and in good repair. | ||||

The production tank is vented through a 55 gallon charcoal filter and up into a spark arrestor. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. | ||||
