-655449505 2014-01-15 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank and a heat, treated separator. There was a plug on the load line. The dike met containment requirements with a 4 drain and cap. An identification sign was proper posted on the tank. The lease road was in good condition and shared with permit numbers 2-0137 and 2-3426. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
