1198152304 2005-10-13 Received a call from Cynthia Freeman (330-929-5757 or 928-2062) reporting a gas leak at a well behind her house at 2936 Northampton Road. The well belongs to Moore Well and last showed commercial production in 1991 and production of any kind in 1998. I contacted Jeff Moore who checked the site and reported a slight odor at the wellhead. He uncovered the casing head and shut all valves and tightened all plugs. I only detected a very slight odor periodically. According to Jeff, they will probably plug the Ball #1 and are trying to get the Ball #2 well (P-1012) back into production. No violation at this time, but progress must continue on either plugging or producing these wells.
129090268 2006-04-18 Status check inspection found that the well was still idle and the tank battery did not have the required identification. The well must be placed back in production with the required identification or properly plugged and abandoned.
-361635649 2006-05-22 The well was plugged and abandoned on May 22, 2006. The violation is corrected.
