-1259177017 2014-05-13 I returned to this well to do a follow-up inspection. The well is still currently idle. I tried to reach Gregg Mason from NGO to see if they have applied for the plugging permit yet. The last time I talked with him, he stated they would be applying for the plug permit. I left a message for him to call me.
-1361985300 2008-12-08 An inspection of the well revealed no ID at the well or tank battery.

-1641838529 2010-08-18 An inspection of the well revealed well is capable of producing, all equipment on well. Company reported to the Division 3 thousand in gas production for year 2009, this does not meet 1509.062 requirements. 1509.062 (A) If a well has a reported annual production that is less than one hundred thousand cubic feet of natural gas or fifteen barrels of crude oil, or a combination thereof, the chief may require the owner of the well to submit an application for temporary inactive well status under this section for the well. -1725028601 2014-08-11 Scott Keyes from NGO contacted me to let me know they would be moving a rig in on this well to plug it within the next couple of weeks. He is trying to get Kenny Wright at this time to plug the well. If he is unable to make it he said he would try Knox Energy.
-1833003927 2014-09-24 I am onsite today to finish plugging this well. The 2 tubing was ran back in the hole to a depth of 1916ft. Formation set a 300ft Lime plug at this point. The 2 tubing was then pulled up to 819ft to set a 200ft plug at the bottom of the surface casing. We then pulled the tubing up to set a 200ft surface plug.
-1927291593 2014-03-04 Mr. George Cenky contacted me about this well. He told me he has not received any royalties since March of 2011. The royalties will need to be brought up to date. There was zero production reported for this well in 2012. This well will need to be plugged within 180days.

-809456957 2014-09-22 Kenny Wright with Wright well Services has moved his service rig in on this well to plug it. They have ran 2 tubing in the well to set the bottom plug. They set the bottom plug then pulled out the tubing so they could rip the 4.5 casing. They were unable to get telegraph down hole so Kenny brought his tools out to change the knife out on the ripper. When they were going back down hole the knife setup on a collar and parted the 4.5 at 795ft. They shut down and contacted me to discuss there options on how to finish plugging the well. They will be having Appalachian come out to shoot some holes in the 4.5 down in the Lime formation. They will finish setting the plugs through the tubing. The 4 will be pulled then the tubing will be ran down to set the Lime plug.
