-1000437270 2014-11-19 My inspection today finds the well site meets the preliminary restoration requirements of 1509.072(A). The well is equipped with 4.5 casing with a swage and a two inch valve. The well is shut in and there is no other production equipment.
1351087308 2012-10-24 My inspection today finds the rig crew has ran 10.5# 4.5 casing to a depth of 4665'. There is a packer set at 2265' with slotted pipe below. Formation Cementing is on site to cement the string in place. Cementers used 120 sks of class A cement 1% gel.
1885961731 2012-10-23 Stopped at the rig to check the depth. The rig was drilling @ 3880'.
-1943109714 2012-10-19 On site to witness the surface string cement job. G & L Drilling ran 1440 of 7 pipe. Cemented to surface. The job was delayed by the cement contractor running late.
-1983550442 2012-10-17 My inspection today finds G & L Drilling is drilling a 15 hole to set conductor. I am on site to witness the conductor cementing. Rig crew ran 106' of new 9.625 36# pipe. Formation Cementing could not get circulation. Spotted a 75sk plug out the bottom of the pipe. Filled 30 shovels of cuttings in from surface, then top filled 35sks of cement to surface where the plug stayed.
