1345033000 2012-06-12 On 6/12/2012, I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was equipped with a plunger lift unit (rabbit) that was surrounded by a chain link fence and in good condition. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence and contained one 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank, a separators and the proper identification posted. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. -1571557051 2013-08-28 My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank. There were chain link fences surrounding the tank battery, separator, and well. The proper identification sign was posted. The heat, treated separator had the correct spacing. There were plugs on the load lines. The dike met containment requirements. The lease road was in good condition with an open gate at the entrance.
