There is no pollution or contamination at the well head or the tank battery. There is no identification on the well or the tank battery. Production has not been reported for this well since 2010. Well needs to be placed in production, and production records need submitted for this well. Identification needs to be placed on the well. | ||||

Mr. Armstrong stated he would speak with his attorney and try to get the transfer worked out with the landowner. | ||||

Mr. Armstrong stated he is starting to work with an attorney in Marietta in an attempt to sort the ownership situation out. Mr. Armstrong stated that he no longer owns this well and that it is now owned by the landowner, Mr. Lloyd Miller. Mr. Armstrong also stated that he owns the casing and surface equipment associated with this well, but would consider selling it to Mr. Miller. I recommended that he call the ODNR DOGRM Bonding and Surety Section and I provided him with phone numbers and the appropriate people to speak with over bonding/well ownership issues. | ||||
