-125044578 2012-10-05 I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit with the proper identification. The tank battery contained three, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. This well shares a tank battery and lease road with permit number 2-3617 and 2-4001. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.
