1465251028 2014-09-15 At the time of the inspection all restoration work has been completed and the well location is being farmed. Final Restoration Passed.
-2026331628 2014-02-20 On 2-20-2014 a call was received from Luanne Korte, an independent contractor working as an agent for Yohe Enterprises, Inc. She called to ask about procedures for filing plugging reports for the 11 Yohe Enterprise wells in Fulton County. The wells had been plugged without proper notification to the inspector and the plugging was not witnessed. All plug reports will be filed by Yohe Enterprises as soon as possible along with the signed affidavit.
-554604947 2014-03-14 At the time of the inspection the well had been cut off below grade and the identification plate was welded on. The remaining hole was then filled and left to settle. Due to wet conditions on site, the final grade and Final Restoration will be completed as the weather allows.
997004866 2014-03-10 At the time of the inspection there was cement observed inside the 4.5 casing at ground level. The production equipment has been removed from the well but the electric hookups and production lines still remain. According to on site coodinator Brad Yohe of Yohe Don Enterprises Inc, the Final Restorations will be completed as the weather allows.
