Inspection Data

INSPECTION ID DATE DESCRIPTION COMMENT VIOLATION ID VIOLATION CODE VIOLATION COMMENT
1359648467 2013-01-31 There was a service rig on location trying to get a domestic well back into production. It was broken down at the time and the service repair crew was out working on rig. There was a 100 barrel tank with no identification. There has been no production reported on well since 2008 and ownership was transferred 2/26/2010. Even though it is currently listed as domestic, the well owner must post ID at wellhead. The owner Gordon McCarthy said he would correct the ID issue right away.
1432661943 2015-05-26 This well is a landowner-owned domestic well. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is currently incapable of producing domestic gas as the 2 tubing is pulled from the well and no lines are attached to the well. The well currently consists of 7 surface casing and 4 production casing with a 4-2 swedge and 2 ball valve. There is still no ID information present at the well or tank. The 100 bbl production tank is in violation of spacing requirements. I left the landowner a business card requesting them to call me about the status of the well.
1519516744 2015-05-28 Mr. Gordon McCarthy called at 10:46 am and stated that he plans on having a service rig move in on this well this summer. I explained to Mr. McCarthy that the 100 bbl tank is too close to the well head and needs to be moved to a spot at least 50' away. Mr. McCarthy agreed to have the tank moved when the service crew is on location.
