1274449361 | 2014-01-14 | Compliance Action Follow-up -1753839172: The well is still sitting idle within the dike. I talked to Dan Walker and he said there was a plug permit but he wasn't sure when they planned on plugging the well. He will let me know a plan once he finds out from Dave Hill.
1424976203 | 2015-02-26 | I was on location to witness Cemenco set a bottom hole Big Lime/Oriskany plug from 3010-3510' using 40 sacks of Class A cement. The well was making oil and gas from between the 8 5/8 annulus in small amounts. The call was made to sit on the well to let the gas die down before resuming operations. Tomorrow Berry Well Services will attempt to break circulation and clean the hole. They will then attempt to rip the 4.5 and set a rip plug and finish plugging the remainder of the well.
1426189106 | 2015-03-12 | On location to witness plugging activities for this well. Berry Well Services is the plugging contractor for this well. The ripped 4.5 casing was being used to plug through and was set to a depth of 1453'. Cemenco Services pumped a 150' plug over the Berea Sandstone from 1453-1303' using 45 sks of class A cement and 21 bbls of freshwater displacement. The casing was then pulled to a depth of 621' and a 200' bottom of surface casing plug was set from 621-421' using 51 sks of 2% gel cement and 6.7 bbls of freshwater displacement. The 4.5 casing was then pulled to 100' and a surface plug was set from 100-0' with 40 sks of class A cement. Good circulation was achieved on all plugs.
1486087976 | 2007-09-04 | Stopped by service rig to check on cement job being preformed on well, rig crew was hooking up Universal Well Services to perform squeeze job on Oriskany perfs they are planning on drilling well to Clinton sand with a coil tubing unit in the near future.
1727298209 | 2015-03-02 | I arrived to find that the operator has moved the rig off location. The pit is still in place with a small amount of oil. John Suhar, with Dave Hill, called and stated they are bringing the rig back in a few days to rip the 4.5 casing and perform a swab test on the Berea and possibly produce the well open hole with tubing setting on a packer. They will apply for a plug back permit or plug the well after they perform the swab test.
-1753839172 | 2013-10-07 | This is an idle well sitting in the dike of well 24628 by same company. Gas is bubbling on the outside of the casing at ground level. The well is also less than 50' from the production tanks. Well tender showed up and stated the well was bad and had junk down the hole. Operator must make well capable of production within 60 days; or plugging is required in 60 days.
1909557844 | 2015-03-09 | Berry well services was on location to rip 4.5 and set a rip plug. Pipe was ripped at 2190' and one joint was pulled from hole. Cemenco then circulated all of the oil from the hole and set a 200' rip plug. They will continue to pull the 4.5 out and up to the Berea and from there will spend several days running a swab test in order to determine if the will plug back or finish plugging the well.
