1958020585 2005-07-01 Re-inspect this day. Well producing with jack, tank area still not cleaned up. Area of saltwater kill approx. 75' below tank, 3' round patches of oil and tar having laid there for several years, 2-3 med. Size trees killed. Id's are the small metal plates they hang on ladder - they have farm number but no permit number or emer. Contacts.
256095042 2005-08-04 Re-inspect this day. Dozer has been in and road in very good condition, saltwater spill area around tank also cleaned up and good dike. Land still needs seeded and mulched - too hot and dry right now.
