1367335392 | 2013-04-29 | Inspection and complaint response per request of the landowner Joe Dimmerling. The landowner stated the well was idle and He was wanting to build a pond and encase the well within the boundaries of the pond. Inspector Eric Conrad and myself inspected the said well and Inspector Conrad will issue any violations needed. Our inspection found a idle well with no production flow lines hooked up. A complaint log was entered on 04/30/2013.
1377708463 | 2013-08-27 | Appalachian ran a vdl bond log. The log showed a void from 590' up to 545'. Appalachian perforated the 2 tubing with three shots from 590' to 580'. The service rig ran tubing back to 1600'. Cemenco pumped a total of 34 sks of class A cement in five 300' stages. They then pumped on the 2 tubing and were able to push an additional 11 sks of cement. The cement stayed at surface. A valve was installed on the tubing to prevent the cement from moving.
1629392176 | 2015-03-13 | I received a request for photos and reports pertaining to this well. The request was forwarded to Steve Irwin along with my photos.
1762427896 | 2013-05-03 | On this day the landowner Joe Dimmerling called and was very much distraught to the fact that I had entered the property and issued a violation against the said well. I informed Mr.Dimmerling that this was actions taken due to His complaint on 04/22/13 He made to me stating the well was idle and He was going to bury it in a pond. Mr. Dimmerling demanded I stay off His property. I advised Mr.Dimmerling I had followed our standard operating procedures and policies according to the Ohio Revised Code 1509.
-1798706874 | 2014-03-07 | My inspection today finds the pits have been closed. The location has been seeded and vegetation established. All production equipment and debris has been removed.
-1921627432 | 2013-08-19 | I received a call from Jeff Miley stating that he would begin plugging on Joe Dimmerlings property. I called Mr. Dimmerling and informed him that plugging operations would be commencing on Tuesday.
-1961082696 | 2013-08-26 | My inspection today finds Berry Well Service is attempting to retrieve 1 tubing and a packer from the well. The tubing parted at 135' and the rig is trying to get back a hold of the tubing with a spear. After a couple of attempt the rig crew was able to pull the tubing.
664149443 | 2013-04-29 | Inspector Stolarik contacted me at 7:39 am and stated that he was approached by Joe Dimmerling about an idle well on his property. I called Mr. Dimmerling at 10:43 am. Mr. Dimmerling stated that he did not want to file a complaint at this time. Mr. Dimmerling then inquired about how much the fine would be if he simply buried the well beneath a pond that he intends to build. Due to that comment I decided to, along with inspector Stolarik, perform an inspection on the well. The well is equipped with 2 tubing and has a 1 tubing string inside of it. No sales lines are attached to the well. There is no identification present at the well. It appears the land owner has begun to move dirt in the area around the well. Make well capable of commercial production within 30 days; or plugging is required within 90 days. Failure to comply may result in Forfeiture of Bond. |
