-1769949417 | 2012-11-30 | I completed an urban preliminary restoration inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit that was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats and contained one, 100 barrel oil storage tank, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, a separator, and an identification sign. Lease road was next to Petsmart. The production equipment was missing a charcoal filter, low pressure relief valve, and lightning arrestor. I called Matt Kleese at 330-360-8055 and asked for the required safety equipment to be installed. The pits were filled and debris removed. The site had vegetation growing. | ||||
